Satellite dishes, aerials and antennae
Class 27 – Domestic television aerials are not generally considered to be development and do not require planning permission. Neither does the installation, alteration or replacement of a satellite dish, provided there is no more than ONE satellite dish with the curtilage of the dwelling house, no lettering or logo may be displayed on the dish and its diameter must be no greater than 60 cm in diameter
Larger aerials are likely to require planning permission and guidance should be sought from the Planning Authority.
